Privacy Policy

Effective September 23, 2026. Nimdis Mind Agent is a private, single-operator application. It is not offered to other users.

Google data accessed

With the operator's consent, the app can read Gmail messages, send email on the operator's behalf, and read, create, edit, or delete Google Drive files. It uses this access only to carry out the operator's requests.

Use and sharing

The app runs in the operator's own virtual machine. When the operator requests an AI-assisted task, relevant Google data may be sent to an AI model provider selected by the operator to produce the requested answer or action. The app does not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train a general-purpose AI model.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials are stored in the operator's virtual machine, not on this website. Google data included in agent conversations, workspace files, logs, or backups may remain there until the operator removes it according to the operator's own retention practices. This public website does not receive or store Gmail or Drive content.

Control and revocation

The operator controls which tasks the agent performs. Google access can be revoked at any time in Google Account connections; local credentials and retained local data can be removed from the virtual machine separately.
